Check out a great video from the Waldo County YMCA Summer Camp Koda project organized by Let’s Go! Waldo staff Barbara Crowley and Sarah O’Blenes. The group made four trips to the Belfast Farmers’ Market, allowing the kids to pick out their own veggies and then prepare salads and simple stir fry dishes. This video is from one of the trips, and we think the success speaks for itself!
